Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18-70 years
2. Fulfilled indication for kidney biopsy by nephrologist
3. First time of native kidney biopsy
Exclusion Criteria
1. Bleeding tendency including
- Hematocrit < 28%
- Platelet count < 100,000 /ul,
- INR > 1.2,
- Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) > 80 mg/dL
2. Uncontrolled hypertension (Blood pressure > 160/90 mmHg before kidney biopsy)
3. High Body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m2
4. Skin infection overlying kidney biopsy site
5. Pregnancy
6. Uncoopertive patient
