- •1. Age 18-70 years
- •2. Fulfilled indication for kidney biopsy by nephrologist
- •3. First time of native kidney biopsy
排除标准
- •1. Bleeding tendency including
- •- Hematocrit < 28%
- •- Platelet count < 100,000 /ul,
- •- INR > 1.2,
- •- Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) > 80 mg/dL
- •2. Uncontrolled hypertension (Blood pressure > 160/90 mmHg before kidney biopsy)
- •3. High Body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m2
- •4. Skin infection overlying kidney biopsy site
- •5. Pregnancy
- •6. Uncoopertive patient
