Brief Summary
Cryotherapy can reduce postoperative pain. In this presented study the patients who underwent gynecologic surgery had improved pain relief and prolonged time for the first dose of the analgesic drug.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Thai femal patient who has benign gynecologic condition that need suegery treatment who admit at Thammmasat hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- cold allergy
- •\- extended wound
- •\- Intraoperative complication that may have more than 1 surgical wound
