- •Child aged 2 yrs to 15 years with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.
排除标准
- •A. Asthmatic Children who had received any form corticosteroid therapy in less
- •than 24 hours from the time of admission
- •B. Children who had received salbutamol in the last 6 hours.
- •C. Children with known history of cardiovascular disease, chronic renal disease, chronic lung disease or diabetes mellitus, congenital anomalies, genetic or metabolic
- •D. Children with known allergy to corticosteroids
- •E. Children with Oral candidiasis
- •F. Children with known systemic hypertension
