1. Married women,
2. detection of cervical erosion by per speculum examination associated with any of the following symptoms- abnormal vaginal discharge,
3. low backache,
4. pelvic pain,
5. inter-menstrual bleeding,
6.post coital bleeding,
7.dyspareunia.
Positive history of venereal diseases (HIV, HPV, Syphilis, genital herpes etc.), cervical polyps,
pregnant women, patient having organic pathology of uterus & adenexa like cervical carcinoma or any malignant growth, patients not giving consent to participation in the study, patients who cannot attend follow up regularly.

Name Time Method Assessment will be done on the basis of prepared proforma and improvement in parameters to be assessed in garbhashaya grivagata vrana (cervical erosion). <br/ ><br>Parameters for outcome-Subjective criteria such as yonisrava, maithuna paschat raktsrava, katishula, udarashula, antara-ritu raktsrava, maithuna asahiushnuta. <br/ ><br>Objective Criteria- <br/ ><br>Area of erosion; <br/ ><br>Appearance of erosion; <br/ ><br>Cervical motion tenderness; <br/ ><br>Based on Wound healing property; <br/ ><br>Status of investigative parameters. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 4 weeks
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method improvement in criteria listed in different scalesTimepoint: Per vaginal application of palasha kshara in post menstruation period in 2 sittings. 1st sitting- Early morning once a day on Day 0. 2nd sitting- Early morning once a day on Day 7th including 3 follow upswithout medication on 14th day, 21st day, 28th day. Dose of application will be as per requirement (depending on the area of erosion). Total duration of study 28 days. <br/ ><br>
