1. This study is a randomized, single blinded, parallel group, multiple arm trial to evaluate the plaque and calculus, the stage of gingivitis and microbial colony count of S mutans during three orthodontic appliance techniques in children with mixed dentition in age group of 7-11 years. The primary outcome measures will be assessed at the baseline (0 month) during (1 month) and after the treatment (2 month).

入选标准
- •Children aged 7-11 years of both the gender children, who reported with their parents or legal guardian.
- •A normal healthy patient with no systemic disease.
- •Children with the primary complaint of malocclusion
- •Children during mixed dentition period.
- •Skeletal and dental class I
- •Single tooth / multiple teeth
- •lack of antibiotic therapy during the 3 months prior
- •A parent (or guardian) signed a written consent for the therapy and the clinical trial.
排除标准
- •Medically compromised and developmentally disabled children
- •Children with a documented history of oral or maxillofacial trauma.
- •children with developmental anomalies or disturbances of face / pathologies in head and neck region / tumour
- •with acute pain or swelling.
- •Patient with high caries risk
- •Patient with Localised Aggressive Periodontitis / Juvenile Periodontitis
- •Patient with history of extraction of permanent teeth due to caries or periodontitis
- •No extensive dental restorations or fixed partial dentures.
