Inclusion Criteria
1)performed R0 resection for initial esophageal cancer
2)clinically diagnosed as recurrence in local and/or regional lymph nodes
3)Performance Status(ECOG)=0-2
4)20-75 years old
5)WBC>or= 3000/m3, PLT>or=100000/m3, Hb>or =10g/dl,
GOTCcr>or=60ml/min/body
6)obtain written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1)with metastases in distant organ
2)with irradiated history
3)recurrent after endoscopic mucosal resection
4)second primary cancer in residual esophagus
5)with other active cancer
6)with severe complication
7)pregnant women, patients during lactation
8)with active infection
9) regularly use steroids
10)with a pacemaker or defibrillator
11)with complications that are considered to be difficult to complete this protocol
