Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria include adolescents aged 12 to 18 years who have symptoms of anxiety and depression in the screening stage based on the DASS-21 cutoff score.
To participate in the study, participants must agree to the terms of the study (for example, audio recording of sessions, attendance at pre- and post-treatment assessment sessions)
Exclusion Criteria
Simultaneous psychological treatment
Current use of psychiatric medication
Risk of suicide
Risk of harming others
Substance abuse
Psychosis and organic brain syndrome
