Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The inclusion criteria include adolescents aged 12 to 18 years who have symptoms of anxiety and depression in the screening stage based on the DASS\-21 cutoff score.
- •To participate in the study, participants must agree to the terms of the study (for example, audio recording of sessions, attendance at pre\- and post\-treatment assessment sessions)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Simultaneous psychological treatment
- •Current use of psychiatric medication
- •Risk of suicide
- •Risk of harming others
- •Substance abuse
- •Psychosis and organic brain syndrome
