- •patients american society of anesthesiologists .physical status (ASA -PS) I,II,III who can give written and informed consent,
- •Age 18-65 years, either Gender,
- •Patients undergoing elective head and neck cancer surgery
排除标准
- •Patients who will not give consent for research ,uncontrolled systemic disease ,conduction abnormality and patient with implantable defibrillator and pacemaker ,who are allergic to study drugs ,h/o convulsion ,psychiatric disorders,renal,hepatic ,cardiac insufficiency ,who will be un-reversed and on mechanical ventilation support post operatively
