Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •patients american society of anesthesiologists .physical status (ASA \-PS) I,II,III who can give written and informed consent,
  • •Age 18\-65 years, either Gender,
  • •Patients undergoing elective head and neck cancer surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who will not give consent for research ,uncontrolled systemic disease ,conduction abnormality and patient with implantable defibrillator and pacemaker ,who are allergic to study drugs ,h/o convulsion ,psychiatric disorders,renal,hepatic ,cardiac insufficiency ,who will be un\-reversed and on mechanical ventilation support post operatively
