Inclusion Criteria

  • ASA 1\-3, in whom chest X\-ray planned as a part of routine ICU care

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with
  • patients with Difficulty in adopting a lateral posture either due to pain or unstable spine
  • Spinal deformity, h/o previous spine surgery, Unstable haemodynamic, Pregnancy
  • Increased Intracranial pressure or at risk of it, Unwilling to participate
