- •ASA 1\-3, in whom chest X\-ray planned as a part of routine ICU care
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with
- •patients with Difficulty in adopting a lateral posture either due to pain or unstable spine
- •Spinal deformity, h/o previous spine surgery, Unstable haemodynamic, Pregnancy
- •Increased Intracranial pressure or at risk of it, Unwilling to participate
