Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients aged \>65 years who lived in the local community and attended the accident and emergency department with a primary diagnosis of a fall.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Cognitive impairment defined as a score of \<7 on the abbreviated mental test and with no regular carer.
