Severe osteoporosis
Unstable fracture
Multiple myeloma
Osteomyelitis
Primary tumors of the bone
Paget
Any progressive neurological defect
Spinal cord tumors
Cauda Equina Syndrome
Joint hypermobility
Rheumatoid arthritis and non-mechanical low back pain
Inflammatory phase of ankylosing spondylitis
Psoriatic arthritis

Anticoagulant therapy
