入选标准
- •1. Age 35-55 years, of both males and females.
- •2. Generalised chronic periodontitis with ââ?°Â¥20 remaining teeth.
- •3. Probing pocket depth (PPD) ââ?°Â¥5mm.
- •4. Radiographic evidence of bone loss and an evident clinical attachment loss.
- •5. Systemically healthy subjects.
- •6. Consenting patient who are co-operative and able to come for regular follow up.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with the history of periodontal therapy within 6 months prior to the study.
- •2. Patients who are on antibiotic therapy in the previous 3 months
- •3. Smoking
- •4. Alcoholism
- •5. Pregnant and lactating women
