1.Patient having classical sign and symptoms of cholelithiasis.
2.Asymptomatic patients who are diagnosed to have gall stones, accidentally by usg.
3.Age between 20 to 60 years.
4.Subjects of either gender.
5.Solitary or multiple stones (1 to 20 mm in size)
1. Patients who are contraindication (Ayogya) for Paniya kshara.
2.Patients with cholelithiasis with complications such as acute obstructive cholecystitis,Acute pancreatitis, Liver failure and carcinoma of gall bladder.
3.The gall stones which are present in the cystic duct and CBD
4.Subjects with congenital anomalies of hepatobiliary system.
5.Uncontrolled other systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus , hypertension etc.
