Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.subjects which are willing to participate in the study.
  • •2\.subjects of age group between 20\-50 years irrespective of the gender.
  • •3\.subjects whose BMI lies in 25\-40\.
  • •4\.subjects having clinical features of Sthaulya.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.subjects which are not willing for participation in the study.
  • •2\.subjects of age less than 20 years and more than 50 years.
  • •3\.subjects which are suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, uncontrolled Hypertension, coronary Heart disease, chronic Kidney disease.
  • •4\.pregnant and lactating mothers.
  • •5\.subjects who are unfit for Basti karma as mentioned in the texts.
