Inclusion Criteria
1.Heavy Menstrual Bleeding (Pictorial blood loss assessment chart- PBAC Score >100
2.women who have completed family.
3. Premenopausal
4. Refractory to at least 3 months medical management.
5. Dysfunctional Uterine bleeding
Exclusion Criteria
1.Premenstrual syndrome 2. Chronic pelvic pain 3. Patients not willing for follow up in JIPMER 4.Acute PID 5. Pregnancy
