入选标准
- •Adults age 18-99 years
- •Scheduled for elective oral or maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia with an indication for nasotracheal intubation
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1-3
排除标准
- •Basilar skull fracture
- •Severe maxillofacial fracture
- •Coagulopathy, current anticoagulant therapy, or any condition associated with an increased risk of significant epistaxis
- •Nasal obstruction caused by severe nasal stenosis or intranasal foreign bodies
- •Acute epiglottitis with a potential risk of complete airway obstruction during intubation
- •Patients at high risk of pulmonary aspiration
