Inclusion Criteria

  • 1) adults aged older than 18 years who can faithfully perform 4-week meal interventions without specific metabolic disease
  • 2) A person who can maintain a high protein diet (a high protein diet is a diet that meets protein content of around 25% of total calories through additional high protein foods, taking into account the protein ratio of daily meals is around 15%).

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1) Subjects who have a history of metabolic disease and who are currently taking drugs (other diseases include kidney disease, depression, anemia, etc.),
  • 2) A person who is allergic to certain foods (especially soy protein, whey protein, nuts, etc.),
  • 3) Those who have changed their weight by ±10% or more in the past month;
  • 4) A person who is unable to secure regular intermittent fasting time for four weeks due to his/her part-time job, etc.
