Inclusion Criteria
Age 20 to 35 years old pregnant who are candidate for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria: unsuccessful spinal anesthesia, level of anesthesia out of the T4 – T6, any type of incision except faneshtein, underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension or coagulopathy
