Patients admitted with proximal and mid bulbar urethral strictures.
Patients with age >18 years.
Patients with pervious history of minimally invasive procedures (Direct visual internal urethrotomy/ Urethral
dilatation) for bulbar urethral stricture.
Age <18 years
Presence of concomitant bladder neck contracture, metal stenosis or penile urethral
stricture
Previous history of urethroplasty
Traumatic stricture urethra
Symptomatic urinary tract infection ( prostatitis, Epididimorchitis, urethritis) with febrile
episodes.
Malignant stricture
Refusal to give written informed consent
