Age 18year to 70 years.
Epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer histology
Stage 3 and stage 4 disease as per ovarian cancer staging AJCC-TNM 8th edition.
Received Neoadjuvant chemotherapy
Performance status â?? ECOG :1 or optimized ECOG: 2.
Patients willing for regular follow-up.
Patients received chemotherapy in another hospital before visiting the centre.
Second primary cancer.
Poor general condition (unlikely to tolerate or complete the proposed treatment course).
Patients unwilling to give consent
