- •1. Adult patients with no contraindications for periodontal surgery and who had not taken medications known to interfere with periodontal tissue health or healing.
- •2. Exhibiting presence of Millerâ??s Class I gingival recession.
- •3. Absence of caries and periapical radiolucency.
- •4. Willing to comply with the study related procedures.

- •1. Previously failed surgical attempts to correct the gingival recession.
- •2. Previous lack of cooperation with maintenance program.
- •3. Mucosal disorders like high frenal attachments.
- •4. Mal-aligned and restored teeth.
- •5. Smokers, alcoholics or patients with tobacco chewing habits.
- •6. Medically compromised patients.
- •7. Pregnant and lactating females.
