Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Age between 18 to 75 years
  • 2\.ASA grade I or II
  • 3\.Body mass index less than 40 kg/m2
  • 4\.Able to comprehend and cooperate
  • 5\.Patients posted for bilateral total knee arthroplasty.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patient refusal
  • 2\.Age \< 18yrs and \> 75 years
  • 3\.ASA grade III and IV
  • 4\.Body mass index \>\= 40 kg/m2
  • 5\.Patients with history of substance abuse, chronic opioid use
  • 6\.Patients who have hearing or cognitive dysfunctions
  • 7\.Patients with history of psychiatric illness
  • 8\.Patients reporting allergy to any of the drugs used as a part of protocol
  • 9\.Patients done under general anaesthesia
