入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age between 18 to 75 years
- •2.ASA grade I or II
- •3.Body mass index less than 40 kg/m2
- •4.Able to comprehend and cooperate
- •5.Patients posted for bilateral total knee arthroplasty.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Age < 18yrs and > 75 years
- •3.ASA grade III and IV
- •4.Body mass index >= 40 kg/m2
- •5.Patients with history of substance abuse, chronic opioid use
- •6.Patients who have hearing or cognitive dysfunctions
- •7.Patients with history of psychiatric illness
- •8.Patients reporting allergy to any of the drugs used as a part of protocol
- •9.Patients done under general anaesthesia
