- •Adult kidney transplant recipients age >18 years old with the recurrence of IgAN
排除标准
- •Missing clinical and laboratory data
- •Referring to another hospital
- •Previous treatment with rituximab for any other conditions
- •History of recurrent infection or recurrent bacterial infection unrelated to either rituximab or other treatments for recurrent IgA nephropathy
- •Ongoing use of high-dose corticosteroids (equivalent to 10 mg/day prednisolone)
- •Pre-existing significant systemic or severe illness with expected life- expectancy <6 months before the diagnosis of recurrent IgA nephropathy
