入选标准
- •1. Patients with Proximal shoulder fracture posted for surgery confirmed either by radiologist or computed tomography by radiologist.
- •2. ASA I,II and III series of patients.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
- •2.Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •3. Patients with history of coagulopathy or on anticoagulant and anti platelet drugs.
- •4. Patients with infection at at site of block.
- •5. Poly trauma patients.
- •Patients who cannot assess pain reliably(dementia) post-operatively.
