An adult with shoulder arthroscopy
(19 - 75 years old)
American Society of Anesthesiologists class I-III
Pediatrics (age under 18 years old)
American Society of Anesthesiologists class IV or higher
BMI greater than 30
Patients with heart disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia)
Patients with a history of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage
Patients taking long-term opioid preparations
pregnant woman
Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics
Patients taking anticoagulants and medications inappropriate for site anesthesia
Patients with skin infections to be treated with square braces
Chronic pain disorder
Patients with severe lung disease
Peripheral neuropathy of the arm undergoing neurological deficit or square brachial blockade
