Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under spinal anesthesia at Konkuk University Medical Center
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) any contra\-indication of spinal anesthesia, 2\) any contra\-indication for the use of dexmedetomidine or remimazolam, 3\) urgent or emergent case, 4\) history of drug abuse, 5\) QT prolongation on preoperative electrocardiography and 6\) other concurrent surgery.
