- •a)inclusion criteria:
- •b)Aged 45 or above.
- •c)Physician diagnosed knee OA(using kellgren and lawrence classification)
- •d)Not engaged in regular leg exercise programme.
- •e)X-ray(grade 2&3)
排除标准
- •a)Any known unresolved balance disorder
- •b) Any history of neurological disorder
- •c) History of any knee surgery
- •d) History of Major trauma
- •e) History of knee replacement.
- •f) History of Intra articular injections.
