入选标准
- •Cases: Children with Nephrotic Syndrome attending outpatient clinic.
- •Controls: healthy children attending immunisation or well baby clinics.
排除标准
- •1)Patients having steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome
- •2)Atypical features suggesting secondary NS: haematuria, hypertension, renal failure, rash, arthritis.
- •3)Patients or controls having any other acute or chronic illness
- •4)Patients or controls requiring hospitalisation
- •5)Patients or controls who received vitamin D therapy in the last 6 months
