1. Having a definite history of coronary heart disease and meeting the stable diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure;
2. NYHA patients with grade II and III cardiac function;
3. LVEF > 40% of patients;
4. Those aged between 40 and 75 years;
5. Volunteer to participate in this project and sign informed consent, which is in line with medical ethics.
1. The patient is in the acute stage of CHF;
2. Acute complications, such as thromboembolism, stroke, myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, etc.;
3. Patients with hypertension and their blood pressure control is not ideal (systolic bp >180mmHg, or diastolic bp >100mmHg);
4. Patients with obvious abnormalities in coagulation, liver, kidney, heart and brain functions;
5. Persons with severe bone and joint disease and movement disorder;
6. Recent practice of other traditional Chinese medicine skills.
