Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I or ASA II patient posted for elective spinal surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient with ASA III or above history of previous spine surgery pre existing neurological psychological cardiorespiratory hepatic renal failure or metabolic disease undergoing cervical level laminectomy accidental dural tear coagulation disorder patient who did not provide their consent history of allergy to Ropivacaine Dexmedetomidine
