Inclusion Criteria
cases presenting with sign and symptom of Essential Hypertension.cases in stage 1 and 2Hypertension whose SBP is more than 140 to <180 mmhg and DBP more than 90 to <110mmhg inspite of taking or not taking conventional treatment for Essential Hypertension.
Exclusion Criteria
Age group below 30 years. Cases with secondary Hypertension. Cases with uncontrolled DM, overt manifestations of hypertensive nephropathy or retinopathy etc.
