BMI<35
No history of diabetes or cardiovascular disease
No pregnancy or breastfeeding
Ability to do physical activity (walking)
Ability to speak Persian
Do not suffer from severe mental illness
Do not have cognitive disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer's
Do not take anti-diabetic and anti-obesity drugs
Willingness to participate in the study
Waist circumference equal to or greater than 102 cm for men and 88 cm for women
Blood sugar equal to or greater than 100 mg / dL
Systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 130 and diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 85 mm Hg
Have three of the 5 American Heart Association criteria for Metabolic Syndrome,

Name Time Method Alteration in HbA1C level in during one-year follow-up. Timepoint: At onset and 6 and 12 months after onset. Method of measurement: Go to the lab, that they are informed.(High-performance liquid chromatography).;Fasting plasma glucose in during one-year follow-up. Timepoint: At onset and 6 and 12 months after onset. Method of measurement: Go to the lab, that they are informed.(With the autoanalyzer approach and with Pars test kits).
