Inclusion Criteria

1. At the same time, it complies with T2DM diagnostic standards for Chinese and Western medicine;
2. Agree to participate in this study and be able to sign informed consent;
3. Between 35 and 80 years old;
4. Have not received massage therapy for type 2 diabetes within the past 2 weeks and have not participated in other ongoing clinical studies.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Type I diabetes, adult delayed-onset autoimmune diabetes (LADA), gestational diabetes (GDM), and other secondary diabetes;
2. Complicated with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
3. Complicated with acute complications such as ketoacidosis and infection;
4. Pregnancy and lactation;
5. Alcoholism or psychotropic substance abuse and mental disorders;
6. The type and dose of medication changed within 1 month before the trial (including hypoglycemic, hypotensive and lipid-lowering drugs);
7. Participate in other clinical trials within the past year and take drugs that affect glucose and lipid metabolism within the past month;
8. Intestinal diseases and taking antibiotics or micro-ecological drinks within 1 month before the test;
9. 2 months before the test, the weight change is greater than 5%;
10. Infectious diseases are not suitable for massage therapy.
Any one of the above items shall be excluded.
