1 patients awaiting total knee arthroplasty in period at least 12 weeks
2 age between 18 to 79 years
3 Able to use RAMA app or any video call application with or without assist
4 Able to follow exercise program
1 coexisting other medical condition eg systemic inflammatory disease or neurological or heart or musculoskeletal condition that limit exercise capacity
2 History of surgery or fracture of affected knee in 6 months
3 Unable to walk with or without gait aid in 10 m
4 knee flexion contracture more than 30 degree
5 Quadriceps weakness Motor power less than grade 3
6 Radiological evidence shows significant bone loss Ahlback classification grade 4-5
