入选标准
- •1.Patients with diabetic foot ulcer on the planter surface (1 - 10sq. cm)attending PMR OPD at AIIMS Patna
- •2.Patients aged between 18 to 75 years
- •3. Ankle Brachial Index within 0.7 to 1.2
- •4. Wegner stage 1 ,2
- •5. Random blood glucose of 250 mg/dl or less
排除标准
- •1. Patient with Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic Syndrome
- •2. Sepsis , Gangrene
- •3. Bed bound patient
- •4. Patients on corticosteroids, immunosuppressive drugs or chemotherapy
- •5. Non Consenting patients
