Inclusion Criteria
1)Healthy volunteers Age from 18-50 yrs,
2)sex: male/ female who are willing to participate by obtaining informed consent
3)BMI ranging from 21-26 who have Ability to attend study visit and fulfill data collection
4)Subjects On a vegetarian diet.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Subjects undergoing long medication
2)drug addicts
3)pregnant women
4)known case of - hypertension,diabetes mellitus 5)subjects who are dominantly only on rice diet.
