Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Healthy volunteers Age from 18\-50 yrs,
- •2\)sex: male/ female who are willing to participate by obtaining informed consent
- •3\)BMI ranging from 21\-26 who have Ability to attend study visit and fulfill data collection
- •4\)Subjects On a vegetarian diet.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Subjects undergoing long medication
- •2\)drug addicts
- •3\)pregnant women
- •4\)known case of \- hypertension,diabetes mellitus 5\)subjects who are dominantly only on rice diet.
