Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a)Stage II, III CRC (Colorectal cancer) patients
- •b)Patients with primary colorectal cancer receiving adjuvant CT
- •c)Those receiving 5\- FU/ capecitabine based chemotherapy
- •d)Not having any previous history of psychotic disorder
- •e)Age group between 18\-58 years
- •f)Who can read and write English, Hindi, Bengali and Marathi
- •g)Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •a)Receiving targeted therapy
- •b)Psychiatric disorder that may affect ability to participate in the study
- •c)Other conditions such as parkinsonism, disturbed thyroid function
- •d)Earlier treatment with systemic anticancer therapy
- •e)Those who have had craneal irradiation
- •f)Receiving drugs such as tryptomer and amitryptylline
- •g)Those with neutropenia, infection/ infected wound, uncotrolled blood sugars and deranged renal profiles
