Inclusion Criteria
- •1\- Women Without Pregnancy 2\. Failure to have mental disorders (psychosis, schizophrenia) 3\. Ability to attend classes and complete the written consent form. 4\. Earn a mental health score of less than 22 5\. Lack of participation in any kind of educational class including physiological delivery
