1. meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke;
2. in line with the diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal dysfunction;
3. course of disease: onset from 1 week to 4 weeks;
4. aged 40 to 75 years old men and women;
5. Subjects gave informed consent and signed informed consent.
1. subarachnoid hemorrhage, lacunar infarction and other cerebrovascular diseases;
2. post-stroke mental disorders, such as lethargy, coma can not answer questions, executive instructions; or severe aphasia, no speech or listening comprehension;
3. Exclusion of organic diseases, such as peptic ulcer, esophagitis or digestive tract malignancies, taking drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility or gastric acid secretion within one week before admission, such as anticholinergics, antispasmodic and other gastrointestinal motility drugs;
4. combined with severe cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and kidney function and hematopoietic system diseases, mental patients;
5. pregnant or pregnant women, lactating women.
