?Biopsy proven Squamous cell carcinoma of the oropharynx, hypopharynx and larynx.
?AJCC stage T1-3 ,N0-2c, M0 patients with pre treatment tumour measurements.
?Surgery of the primary tumor limited to a biopsy.
?KPS>=60
?Age>=18 and <=70 years
?No prior history of therapeutic irradiation.
?Patient willing and reliable for follow up.
?Patients nutritional and physical condition compatible with planned therapy.
?Signed study specific consent form.
?T1N0 M0 of vocal chords
?T4 tumor , N3 Nodal stages
?Evidence of distance metastasis.
?Previous therapeutic irradiation for head and neck cancer.
?Active untreated infection which preclude the use of systemic chemotherapy or would interfere with completion of treatment
?Any histopathology other than Squamous carcinoma
?Primary nasopharyngeal cancers
?Pregnant or lactating woman.
