Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •middle\-age group (30\-59 years)
- •having a middle\-school literacy level or above
- •having an inactive lifestyle (less than 90 min of moderate\-intensity PA (brisk walking, jogging) per week according to the instructions of the PA promotion program of Iran Package of Essential Non\-communicable Disease
- •completing the consent form to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •having some serious diseases such as CVDs, uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, as well as chronic kidney disease
