Inclusion Criteria
Size of calculus less than 10mm or 10mm , bilateral and unilateral calculus will be included , multiple calculus, patients with mild and moderate hydronephrosis
Exclusion Criteria
Urinary calculus of size more than 10mm, impacted stone , pyelonephritis, patients having gross hydro nephrosis, patient requires surgical intervention, uncontrolled DM, HTN, HIV, Malignancy, CCF, IBD, TB, HBsAG , Pregnant and lactating women
