- •1. Nulliparous woman, aged 20-year-old and above
- •2. Single pregnancy
- •3. Gestational age between 32 and 37 weeks
- •4. Visiting ANC clinic at Thammasat University hospital
- •5. During Pregnancy, No Fetal anomalies are detected.
- •6. Thai nationality and understand Thai language

- •1.No chronic disease or severe complications
- •2. History of Psychiatric disorders
- •3. Cannot understand Thai language.
- •4. refuse to apply in this research
