Initial information at time of registration:
1. Patients with moderate to severe COPD (Global Initiative on Obstructive Lung Disease [GOLD])
2. Aged 20 - 75 years
3. Limited ability to perform daily activities
4. Ability to communicate in Norwegian
1. Exacerbations for last three weeks
2. Cognitive or mental impairment
3. Co-morbidity with an impact on the ability to perform daily activity
