2. Immigrant, refugee, asylum seeking residence status in Germany
Exclusion Criteria
1. Acute suicidality
2. Acute psychoses
3. Current psychotherapy
4. Acute drug/alcohol dependence

Name Time Method We measure the following questionnaires at pre-test (the first assessment), post-test (the second assessment, post-counselling, or after one-month waiting), and three-month follow-up (only for participants in the active counselling group):<br>1. Depression: The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9)<br>2. Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): The PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5)<br>3. The Perceived Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10)<br>4. The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7)<br>5. Somatic Symptoms: The Patient Health Questionnaire-15 (PHQ-15)
