Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Optimal positioning of UAC and UVC

UAC: between the sixth and ninth thoracic vertebrae (T6–T9) by AP radiograph

UVC: tip in Inferior vena cava (IVC) at the junction of IVC and right atrium by point of care ultrasound Image taken by PI and confirmed with Pediatric radiologist done when post-procedure x-ray and USG are obtainedTimepoint: Within 6 hours of insertion
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Position of UVC on X-ray as compared to the ideal position defined from point of care ultrasound. Distance of UVC tip from ideal position (IVC- right atrium junction) from point of care ultrasound as compared to distance from diaphragm from AP x-ray.Timepoint: Within 6 hours of insertion;Regression equation using following anthropometric parameters for estimation of ideal length of insertion of UAC and UVC: umbilicus to xiphoid length, umbilicus to nipple length, umbilicus to pubic symphysis, umbilicus to sternal notch length, abdominal circumference, and umbilical to acromioclavicular joint distance

PI will take the USG picture and AP radiograph and judge the ideal insertion length from the inserted length with the help of radiologist.

Anthropometric parameters to be measured at the time of handling during cluster care in first 24 hours

Timepoint: Within 6 hours of insertion
