Patients undergoing polysomnogram within 6 months, with age 18, or higher.
1. Significant medical/psychiatric problems e.g. neurological problems, congestive heart failure, severe pulmonary disease, central sleep apnea syndrome
2. Pregnant woman
3. Regular shift workers
4. Previously received specific treatment for OSA e.g. CPAP, surgery, other specific devices
5. Change in body weight after PSG to research date > 10%
6. Inconclusive PSG i.e. sleep efficiency <20%, or ratio of central apnea > 50% of total apnea and hypopnea
